Beginners guide to Kickboxing

Sanda is a style of kickboxing that combines; western boxing, kicking from modern martial arts such as Muay Thai and the wrestling techniques from Chinese martial arts (yes, they do exist and they originate from a style of wrestling called ‘Shuai Jiao’ here is a video of it in action Greatest Shuai Jiao match I've ever seen). Think of it like a combination of Judo and kickboxing.

It’s a fun and fast paced style that is a great skill to learn and that will help you get into shape and increase your overall health and fitness. So how do you start?
