What will I learn?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that draws it knowledge of health and well being from a set form of movements we call patterns.
Our Suang Yang systems consists of 66 moves, each move will gently challenge your body and mind. We will guide you through the pattern helping you learn it in a way that works for you.
Every class starts with a warm up where you are led through strength, relaxation and Qigong exercises. We will then go through the Suang Yang pattern together and then break into individual practice where we will teach you new movements and help you better understand the ones you have already learnt.
