THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF TAI CHI

Here at Sanda Kickboxing Academy we teach a Tai Chi pattern called Suang Yang.  It is a dynamic Tai Chi pattern but is still accessible to most people and enjoyed by our students ranging from ages 20 to 80!  Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is famous as a gentle yet powerful exercise with many, many, health benefits.
