What is Sanda Kickboxing
Sanda is a martial art that uses techniques found in wrestling and combines them with the striking found in kickboxing. Sanda is unique as it is the only combat sport that originates from China. Taking the traditional wrestling and striking techniques found in traditional Chinese martial arts and modernising them.
What will your children learn in class
Our junior kickboxing classes are for young teenagers and pre-teens . The class focuses on providing a solid foundation in martial arts so which can then be further developed when they move to our competition class or when they are old enough move up to our adult kickboxing classes.
Our kickboxing style focuses on striking, kicks, and wrestling. Instructors guide and motivate young students, adapting their teaching to how teenagers learn.
