Our style of kickboxing is called ‘Sanda 散打’ (literally means free fighting in Chinese). Sanda is unique because it incorporates throws, takedowns and wrestling techniques. Kind of like Judo and Kickboxing.

Yes, we have specific beginners classes so you can learn the basics and get a foundational understanding of kickboxing before moving to our more advanced classes.
